On Monday night April 6th, Coach Choo will present " Avoiding and Treating Common Running Injuries" This talk is the third in a series of educational seminars offered by GoRun (Greenville Org of Runners). Learn what the most common injuries are, how to recognize warning signs, what training habits lead to these injuries, and finally how to treat injuries when you do get them. This talk with be applicable to runners of all speeds and experience levels.
