Choo,
Please add Bob Bullion. He was a dark-haired, very nice guy w/black glasses, a masters runner, who ran with us for several months in the first year. He had tremendous legs, and I believe he had lost a huge amount of weight long before he came on board, like 60 lbs or something. He moved away, and was missed immediately.
Please add Marvin Wood, the speedy masters runner from Plymouth or Williamston, who put down his golf clubs and gave us the gift of his positive personality, the pretty presence of his graceful wife Brenda (so tolerant was she), and the chance to visit with a truly nice person every few weeks or so. I believe Marvin has picked up the clubs again at Preston Wood in Cary.
Please also add Cecil Davis, one of Colerain's best. He, like Bob Bullion, was a mega weight loser, from a bulky tight end, I believe, in high school, to the lean whippet we came to know and watch finish up there in the masters and beyond. His dignified shock of white hair and easy manner belied the tough competitor he was on the roads.
